We have delivered commercial buildings either as main contractor or a specialist subcontractor.

This includes offices for Amazon, a new terminal building for Heathrow Airport and retail units for top high street brands including Marks & Spencer. We've built industrial facilities for the customers in highly regulated markets such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, sports and leisure facilities for premiership football clubs as well as mixed use developments that form a key part of urban regeneration strategies.

Our skills as both engineers and project managers mean that we work with our customers and project stakeholders to build relationships that produce the best outcomes. We draw on experience gained and lessons learned from previous projects, undertake whole life cycle cost analysis to allow appraisal of options and develop value-added solutions. This approach ensures we secure buy-in from all stakeholders – making the overall project delivery a smoother process.
