Balfour Beatty Investment Holdings Ltd Communities executes a well-defined strategy for acquisition, renovation and disposition that consistently creates value. To date the company has funded approximately 98% of the equity required to finance our more than $6 billion/50,000-unit residential portfolio.
We actively seek investments in multi-family assets where we can capitalize on market conditions to generate improved cash flow and property appreciation through market recovery, capital improvements and professional property management. Our team also targets ground-up development opportunities with strategic development partners.
Residential Property Management
