Balfour Beatty Investment Holdings Ltd Investments has a diverse portfolio of markets and geographies. We raise and structure finance to help customers achieve their goals. We also invest directly in infrastructure assets, particularly where there are opportunities to manage the project upon completion and enhance operational efficiency.
Our portfolio comprises of 70% Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and 30% non-PPP schemes. Although primarily a long-term investor, we also intend to build a growing portfolio of projects as a developer.
